從 SQL Server 2000 轉移資料庫到 SQL Server 2017

 

問題描述

因原有 SQL Server 2000 資料庫及所在主機(Windows 2003 R2)過於老舊因此準備轉移到新建置的 SQL Server 2017 主機上。由於 SQL Server 2000 無法直接轉移至 SQL Server 2017,因此需建立一台 SQL Server 2008 R2 做為資料庫升級中介。



執行步驟

1. 安裝 SQL Server 2008 R2 中介機

2. 在 SQL Server 2000 主機中將資料庫備份出來,並使用新增SQL查詢將登入帳號及密碼匯出。

5. 在 SQL Server 2017 中還原資料庫,並於 SSMS 中將上面的 Script 產出的結果貼到新增查詢視窗裡執行。

6. 檢查是否可正常連接資料庫並查詢資料,如果一切正常即完成移轉作業。
